Philip Kempe (Director) Phil has specialized in the hire trade for the last 22 years and before that 15 years as a qualified engineer. Now as director of Medway Hire he splits his time between the workshop and running the company. Phil can also be found sharing the delivery runs with his friend of many years Steve Harvey.

Steve Harvey (Manager) Steve started in the hire trade some 13 years ago as a driver at the same firm as Phil. Developing his natural flair for salesmanship Steve can now be found manning the phones and Hire Desk at Medway Hire. His product knowledge is excellent and as with all members of the Medway Hire Team is always happy to help and advise our clients.

Jamie Williams (Trainee hire Tec) is the newest person to join the team here at Medway hire, Jamie has not work in the hire trade before but is a very fast leaner picking up things that would take some others time to master. Within the short time that he has work at Medway hire he has taken part in several training courses and which he has pass with flying colours, and can also be found sharing the delivery runs having Just passing he's driving test
